I personally love runny yolks when cooking eggs and i don't always manage to get that so i attempted fluffy eggs on toast and thought it turned out rather tasty!
First i cut some bread and put it in the toaster.
I then put grated cheddar on the toast.
.
Afterwards i separate the yolk from the white by tipping the yolk from shell to shell (it didn't work out very well and i manged to crack both yolks) and then put a yolk on each slice of bread.
Then i whisked the egg whites until the formed a soft peak and spooned it over the break as smoothly as i could.
After that i put my creation in the oven on gas mark 6 (fan 180
°/200
°) for 10-15 minutes or until they were set and sort of golden.
Then i covered it in ketchup and dug in!
This was so easy to make and very tasty alternative to regular fried, scrambled or poach eggs.
